When will I receive my digital code?
Every code is sent out within a few minutes. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please look through your junk filter. Hotmail and outlook users will often see their codes be in their junk/spam folder. If you still haven't received any email, please email us at Support@outrageousgaming.com
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept PayPal as a method of payment as well.
Is everything in your store currently in stock?
All our items that are listed in our store are physically in stock unless specified in the items description.
How much does shipping cost?
All of our download codes sent to the USA and Canada ship for free and are sent out digitally. For any other international country outside of Canada and the USA, a $1.50 fee will be added.
There is a small shipping fee added onto physical games and accessories unless stated otherwise in the description.
What shipping method do you use?
We use Canada Post Expedited shipping for all our physical products.
What is your return policy?
We don't accept returns on digital games or subscription codes. On physical accesories, we have a 7 day return policy. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada and the USA. If you'd like to get an item shipped somewhere else, please contact us at Support@outrageousgaming.com and we will try to work out a reasonable quote to ship to you.
